It's Richie's birthday, and he's excited about the big celebration he's organized, inviting Eddie's friends along with all the girls Richie knows. While getting ready by hanging up decorations, disaster strikes when he falls and severely injures his leg. With his leg in a cast and needing a wheelchair, will his party be a flop? Not a chance!
