In Plymouth, the team rushes to save a fisherman who has fallen overboard and is now stranded in frigid eight-degree waters. Meanwhile, in Llandudno, Wales's largest seaside resort, a father and son find themselves in trouble after their kayak capsizes on its inaugural trip. Over in Wick, a historic harbor town in northeast Scotland, a photographer becomes stranded on isolated rocks as the tide rises and night approaches. Further down the coast in Fraserburgh, the crew must use their inflatable Y boat to rescue a fisherman whose vessel has run aground on a quickly diminishing reef.
