S01E03 Garlic

Garlic is simple to cultivate and has excellent storage capabilities, along with numerous health benefits. Even a modest vegetable garden or container can meet the garlic needs of a typical family. To plant, simply take a bulb of garlic, separate the cloves, and bury them in the soil about four inches apart. With time and care, each clove will develop into a full bulb of garlic, providing a rewarding harvest.
