With just two hours to work, they must whip up delightful desserts that transport the judges to a tropical getaway, using ingredients and flowers reminiscent of a sun-soaked vacation. Throughout the competition, the bakers tackle a series of themed challenges, including crafting floral dome cakes for the Spring equinox, creating ice cream-filled baked Alaska desserts adorned to showcase various geographical destinations, and baking cocktail-flavored eclairs inspired by the Kentucky Derby.
