S11E05 Spring Forward & Spring Backward

Host Jesse Palmer takes a sip from an enchanting Fountain of Youth, magically reverting to his 10-year-old self. He then presents the nine remaining bakers with their first challenge: they have 90 minutes to revisit their childhoods and reinvent their favorite desserts, adding a vibrant spring flair. After that, the contestants craft cakes inspired by a clock that resonates with them personally. Judges Duff Goldman, Kardea Brown, and Nancy Fuller will evaluate the cakes, which should embody the essence of spring and reflect a meaningful moment in each baker's life.
