Julie J found a birthday card from her son that contained a secret recipe for making alcohol. Along with the Julies, Nikki, and Denny, they attempted to brew the concoction but almost got caught by Sylvia. However, the Julies cleverly distracted Sylvia, keeping her away from the shed. Meanwhile, Monica was devastated to learn that her son, Spencer, had passed away from a heart attack. At the funeral, Helen offered her support by taking off Monica's handcuffs. In tribute to Spencer, the inmates decided to name their new wine after him.
