Douglas’s lack of attention to managing the company almost leads to the downfall of Reynholm Industries. At the same time, Jen has a contractor at her home for some renovations. When Roy recalls recognizing the builder from the TV program "Builders from Hell," Jen starts to feel anxious about the situation.
