Lord Sugar resumes his quest for a new business partner, starting with this year's 18 hopefuls on the stunning Caribbean island of Antigua. With Baroness Karren Brady and Claude Littner overseeing the action, the teams face the challenge of organizing and selling custom tours. Tensions rise as arguments flare on the beach and negotiations go poorly. Ultimately, in the boardroom, one candidate is eliminated from the competition.
