S01E12 The Hanging Posse
Title: The Vengeful Posse Plot: Adam and Joe find themselves unwilling participants in a mob of angry townsfolk seeking to hang three men accused of murdering Vannie Johnson. Leading the group are Paiute Scroggs and Flint Johnson, the grieving husband of the deceased. As tensions rise, Adam and Joe have a confrontation with the posse and decide to split up, each racing against time to find the three accused before the mob can exact their brutal form of justice. This narrative echoes themes from the classic 1943 film "The Ox-Bow Incident."
