S04E14 Line in the Sand

Title: Line in the Sand Plot: Birkoff has potentially uncovered one of Section One's greatest breakthroughs—a chance to capture a notorious Red Cell operative known as "The Cardinal," who has managed to evade them for over 15 years. However, Birkoff's rival, Greg Hillinger, is convinced he’s mistaken and persuades George that Operations and Section One are heading toward a trap.
