S01E11 Amends

Sonya and Sub-Zero set out to uncover the Black Dragons' scheme when they are unexpectedly ambushed. Just as Sonya faces a grim fate, she is rescued by Kabal, a former member of the Black Dragon clan. Once a top warrior, Kabal was deemed too perilous by Shao Kahn, who ordered his assassination. Against the odds, Kabal survived the attack but was left with severe facial scars. Donning his mask again, he joins the fight against Shao Kahn and the Black Dragons. As Kano and his minions create a portal to unleash evil upon other realms, Kabal helps the Earth defenders defeat them and close the portal. Although the Earth Warriors invite him to join their ranks, Kabal opts for the path of a solitary warrior.
