S01E13 Overthrown

The Defenders of the Realm are preparing for their ultimate showdown against evil. Kittana believes she has secured an alliance with Sheeva's Warriors to dominate the dark realm, unaware that she is actually the sinister Shang Tsung disguised as Sheeva. As the heroes storm Shao Kahn's castle, they demand he cede his throne to the princess. Suddenly, Shang Tsung reveals himself, accompanied by the real Sheeva's warriors, eager to claim the throne's power for himself. However, he overlooks that Sheeva has enemies lurking within the Outworld ranks. Raiden uncovers Shang Tsung's scheme and intervenes, bringing along Sheeva's fiercest foe, Motaro's squad. The battle rages on, but the uprising collapses, leaving Earth still at risk.
