Following the tragic outcome for Ryoko that Kaneki and Hinami observe, the team at Anteiku is left heartbroken. In response, Touka takes it upon herself to confront the investigators directly. Frustrated by his own helplessness, Kaneki resolves to take action and become more actively involved in the situation.
