Max and 99 misread a map and accidentally head to KAOS's latest headquarters instead of the maternity hospital, just as 99 is on the verge of giving birth. Max is anxious and distracted, obsessively searching for the quickest route to the hospital. Meanwhile, CONTROL is in a frenzy trying to track down KAOS’s new location, especially with Simon the Likable arriving to snatch the Huffiker Plans from the Pentagon. Simon's charm makes him irresistible, causing chaos as he mistakenly goes to the maternity ward while Max unwittingly drives 99 to KAOS's Sunny Slope Sanitarium.
