The crew rushes to assist a woman pinned beneath a lorry's wheel, her leg crushed and trapped as they work to stabilize her and free her from the wreckage. Meanwhile, another call comes in for a motorcyclist who’s been thrown from his bike, landing hard and sustaining serious spinal injuries. The team splits their focus, racing against time to treat both victims and prevent further damage.
