When a joint operation between the SWAT team and the LAPD Gang Division takes a turn for the worse, the team is tasked with safeguarding a hotel teeming with innocent civilians. As the city's most notorious gang leaders infiltrate the building in search of a way out, chaos ensues. Meanwhile, Luca faces additional challenges in managing the mission when his brother Terry, a freelance reporter, breaches police barriers to capture footage of the unfolding crisis.
