The guys encounter Dean while he's taking off the damaged wooden shingles that have become visible after the asbestos siding was removed. Previously, the master carpenter and general contractor evaluated the structure, identifying which shingles required replacement, and taught Dean how to use a shingle ripper tool. The team then starts to install the new shingles, while Lauren shares her vision for the upcoming kitchen. To wrap things up, Dean uses an aerial lift to start dismantling the old chimney.
