S01E07 Attack Cornelia
Cornelia lays a trap for Zero in the Saitama Ghetto while she works to dismantle another resistance cell. Despite C.C.'s warnings, Lelouch takes the bait and rushes to support the Saitama fighters. However, his strategy quickly unravels due to Cornelia's tactical advantage and the conflicting goals of the rebels. Cornered and nearly caught, Lelouch's predicament shifts when C.C. puts on his Zero disguise to divert the Britannian Army, providing him a chance to escape. Frustrated by his defeat, Lelouch criticizes the undisciplined fighters and vows to create something far more effective than a simple resistance group.
