Their first task takes place at the Michelin-starred restaurant Sketch in Mayfair, where they must create a high tea experience. Their creations are evaluated by three esteemed pastry chefs, including the legendary Michel Roux Sr. Afterward, they return to the Masterchef kitchen, where the challenge intensifies as they must craft an exquisite trio of desserts.
