Ed and Rowena Waghorn are hard at work on their handcrafted five-bedroom home set on an eight-acre smallholding in Herefordshire, a project that has spanned a decade. Ed chose to take on the majority of the construction himself, which has led to a slow progress; after four years, the house remained only a shell.
