Red Blood Cell (AA2153) is haunted by memories of his companion, Red Blood Cell (AC1677), plunging into a pool of gastric acid, leaving him tormented by guilt over his inability to save her. Meanwhile, the body's deteriorating condition—caused by insufficient sleep and exercise—prevents AA2153 from healing. As chaos ensues, a massive, strange object appears suspended in the air, signaling trouble ahead. Suddenly, a sudden assault from an unknown germ begins, threatening to complicate matters further.
