S04E14 Andy and Opie's Pal
Feeling envious of the focus Andy directs toward the newcomer in town, Opie approaches his father, pretending to be injured and claiming he had a brutal altercation with the boy. However, when Andy carefully examines the bandages, it becomes clear that Opie's injuries are far less severe—and possibly fabricated—than he claims. This revelation leads Andy to uncover the truth behind Opie's feelings and the real reason for his fabricated tale.
