During a camping adventure with Opie and his pals, Barney boasts to Gomer about his prowess in the great outdoors, only to lead them astray in the forest. When Andy eventually discovers their whereabouts, he and Gomer devise a scheme to spare Barney from humiliation and showcase his true capabilities as a rugged outdoorsman.
