S01E03 I Saw the Devil

On November 23, 2014, in Springfield, Oregon, a housekeeper at the Village Inn Motel contacts the authorities after discovering a guest who is unresponsive and icy to the touch. Although there are no initial indications of a struggle or any criminal activity, the autopsy later reveals that the death was a homicide. The situation complicates further when the housekeeper mentions that the victim's vehicle is missing. The investigation quickly escalates into a frantic effort for police to apprehend a murderer who is still at large.
