Joe DePinto, the CEO and President of 7-Eleven, decides to go undercover within his own organization. During his experience, he uncovers that a certain corporate policy has been overlooked at the store level. Additionally, he becomes motivated by the outlook on life demonstrated by one of his delivery drivers, leading to unexpected insights about both the company and its employees.
