Michael G. Rubin, the Chairman, President, and CEO of GSI Commerce, a leading force in e-commerce for major U.S. retailers, decides to go undercover within his organization. During his experience, he learns that hurrying through tasks can lead to safety risks for his employees and realizes that his own abilities in packing and shipping fall short of the company's expectations.
