Tony persuades Uncle Junior to get a second opinion regarding his cancer care. At the same time, Carmela wrestles with the idea of following Dr. Melfi's suggestion to consult a therapist. Big Pussy's wife, Angie, feels remorseful for asking Carmela for financial help with her ailing dog. Meanwhile, Christopher continues to face the embarrassment of his probation, which is overseen by the unpredictable Paulie.
