In the thrilling conclusion of this two-part episode, Homer Bedloe, having gained control of the Pixley Bank, dismisses its President, Mr. Guerney. He aims to foreclose on Kate's mortgage along with all the problematic loans in the valley, jeopardizing the Cannonball's operations. To raise funds, the Shady Rest plans a Monte Carlo night, where the player with the most fake money at the end will win a special prize. Betty Jo’s friend Willie has a knack for predicting roulette outcomes. Inspired by Willie’s talent, Uncle Joe devises a plan to send him to Vegas to earn enough cash to help them beat Bedloe and save their community.
