The Repair Shop
S07E02 Badly Burned Toy Dog
Toy restorers Amanda and Julie face a challenging task as they set out to restore a beloved dog toy severely damaged in a tragic house fire. For owner Jody, the toy has been a lifelong companion, and it was one of her immediate concerns during the chaos of the flames. Meanwhile, metal specialist Dominic Chinea teams up with the inventive Mark Stuckey to breathe new life into a vintage kitchen mixer, once the centerpiece of a family home. This rusted appliance belonged to the cherished Ada, a mother and pastry chef. Additionally, silversmith Brenton skillfully repairs a nurse's belt buckle, a treasured gift from Trevor's grandfather to his mother Rosemary when she began her nursing career in the 1950s.
