Andy is concerned about a patient who persistently seeks surgical procedures to achieve the ideal breast shape, despite already undergoing numerous operations. He cautions her that further surgeries could complicate the detection of potential breast cancer due to excessive scar tissue. Andy suspects that his patient might be grappling with a body-image disorder and fears she may take drastic actions to alter her appearance. Meanwhile, Lana's computer crashes, jeopardizing Marc's thesis. To meet the deadline, Lana, Peter, Ben, Lu, and Marc pull an all-nighter to finish it.
