Dr. Campbell is approached to provide a foreword for a book on women's heart health authored by a close friend and patient. Tragically, the author passes away from a heart attack, and her husband opts not to disclose the cause of death, worried it might negatively impact book sales, despite her heart disease being unrelated to her diet. Meanwhile, Lu is taken aback when three high school girls arrive at the ER exhibiting alarming and similar symptoms, raising concerns of potential poisoning.
