Binghamton is set on recovering a collection of stolen rare wine as a present for the General. Meanwhile, Mayor Lugatto is eyeing the wine for its monetary worth. McHale and his crew, however, are focused on ensuring it goes back to its rightful owners while also seeking revenge on the Germans who initially took it.
