Binghamton concocts a plan to tarnish McHale and the 73 Crew's reputation in front of a visiting Congresswoman. However, McHale and his team cleverly navigate the situation and emerge unscathed. Faced with his own predicament regarding the Congresswoman, Binghamton finds himself needing to team up with McHale to resolve the issue while also seeking revenge on Harrigan.
