S02E36 The Fake Smile

Kakashi's new team sets off toward the Heaven and Earth bridge, but tensions flare almost immediately. After just five minutes, Naruto, Sakura, and Sai end up in a heated argument sparked by Sai's teasing about Sasuke. To address the conflict, Yamato steps in, using his Mokuton abilities to conjure a wooden cage, threatening to confine them unless they cooperate. Faced with the choice of being locked up or enjoying a night at a hot springs, the team opts for the latter to foster better teamwork. However, Naruto's animosity towards Sai remains strong, and Sai's continued jabs only exacerbate the discord.
