Magnum is approached by a cocktail waitress seeking assistance in her quest to fulfill her late father's wish. She has been denied the opportunity to spread his ashes at Pearl Harbor due to bureaucratic hurdles within the Navy. Determined to help her honor her father's memory, Magnum takes on the challenge of navigating the complex regulations and red tape that stand in her way.
