As Sam Houston Hunter, a Vietnam veteran, pilots his specially modified aircraft toward Hawaii, disaster strikes when the plane crashes into the tidal pool at Robin's Nest. The incident is quickly attributed to a lack of fuel and mistakes made by the pilot, leading onlookers to speculate about the circumstances surrounding the crash.
