CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

On their anniversary night, a couple is tragically murdered just outside a restaurant, and their vehicle is taken. The investigation faces setbacks when rain begins to fall shortly after the CSIs reach the scene, washing away crucial evidence. The plot thickens when the stolen car is discovered, turning it into another crime scene. Meanwhile, Catherine investigates the collapse of a city-owned building that resulted in the deaths of three elderly women. She faces challenges while dealing with the city engineer in charge of the structure.
