After discovering the real purpose behind the serum they received, Stephen and Cara work to buy Jedikiah some time as he experiments with creating an antidote. Meanwhile, Russell and the other rebellious Tomorrow People become anxious and decide to endanger Roger by offering him to Ultra to protect themselves. On another front, John struggles to adapt to his new responsibilities, seeking guidance from Astrid, the only person he feels he can trust for support.
