Malloy and Reed are taken aback when they learn that the reckless driver they pursued is Sgt. MacDonald’s son. Determined to assist his superior, Malloy seeks to understand the reasons behind the young man’s rebellious behavior. Meanwhile, the duo looks into a potential burglary at an apartment complex, settles a conflict in a park involving an elderly woman feeding ducks, responds to a brawl between two armed men over a woman, and handles a homeless man trying to direct traffic at a hectic intersection.
