First stop, San Diego, where a beloved all-day breakfast café feels like "Cheers" and serves up decadent crème brûlée French toast and juicy butter burgers. Then it's off to San Francisco, where a hot dog joint runs the block with wild creations like a lamb merguez dog and a killer fried chicken sandwich.
