S02E04 Honey

Eric Matheson (Garret Dillahunt) is fiercely determined to clear his name in the murder of his wife. Assigned to the case, Torres visits the victim's sister's home, but Matheson finds her unattended car and seizes the opportunity to confront her. When Torres returns, he holds her at gunpoint and forces her to drive to the Lightman Group. Cal strikes a deal with Matheson, promising to prove his innocence if he releases the employees. As the team investigates, they uncover the truth: Matheson is innocent, with a creditor responsible for the murder. In a tense standoff, Matheson’s fury escalates until Reynolds intervenes, disarming him. The episode concludes with Cal seeking refuge at Foster’s home for the night.
