His journey continues at the Hapa PDX food truck in Portland, Oregon, where he samples the G-Special Ramen, featuring succulent pork belly, pickled shiitake mushrooms, and a perfectly soft-boiled egg, crafted by chefs and co-owners Sara and Michael Littman. Brad’s final stop is in St. Louis at Farmtruk, where owner Samantha Mitchell serves her delectable soft-shell crab BLT alongside a local favorite—gooey butter cake drizzled with fresh strawberry sauce and topped with whipped honey goat cheese.
