Inside, tiling contractor Joe Ferrante shows Norm how to apply grout around the new 12-inch Chinese slate tiles on the sun porch floor. Meanwhile, Steve visits a historic Boston boutique with interior designer Carolina Tress-Balsbaugh, a shop that has handcrafted custom lampshades for 150 years. Things heat up in the master bath as Richard tests the new steam shower and walks Norm through its features. Painting contractor Jim Clark shares tips on prepping and painting the interior, while flooring contractor Pat Hunt installs a floating oak floor in the master suite. Out back, Roger shows Kim how creative landscaping can hide the air conditioning condensers.
