Steven Rinella travels to a sprawling ranch in Northeastern New Mexico, eager to hunt the elusive Pronghorn Antelope, known for its speed and keen senses. To successfully get close to a prime buck, Steve will have to bring his best skills to the forefront. After demonstrating his exceptional marksmanship and securing his catch, he heads to the kitchen to whip up a hearty pot of Antelope Chile, featuring the region's renowned red or green chiles.
