Steven Rinella heads back to his beloved hunting territory in Sonora, Mexico, eager to pursue Coues deer during the height of the rut. He establishes camp in the mountainous region and dedicates his days to spotting these elusive, small deer, while his companion Remi Warren attempts to take one down with his bow. As the hunt comes to a close, Steve prepares a delicious meal of venison ribs, slow-cooked in a Dutch oven nestled under the glowing coals.
