S01E07 Brotherhood, Badlands and Pack Llamas: Montana Mule Deer

Joined by a trio of feisty llamas that aren’t shy about spitting, Steven Rinella teams up with his brother Matt and good friend Matt Moison to camp and hunt for mule deer in the harsh, frozen badlands of Eastern Montana. The frigid temperatures and rugged landscape make the task of tracking down a Mule Deer buck particularly tough. In this challenging setting, the deer have the upper hand, detecting hunters by sight, smell, and sound long before they can get close enough to shoot. To warm up after a successful hunt, Rinella plans to whip up a hearty hunter's stew.
