Steven Rinella ventures into the remote wilderness of Texas in search of the elusive Barbary sheep, also known as Aoudad, which hails from North Africa. For many hunters, merely spotting one of these creatures is considered a significant achievement. Should Steve be fortunate enough to bag one, he intends to prepare a meal using traditional methods, cooking it over an open fire.
